Privacy Policy

Brad Business Automation is a private internal tool used only by authorized business users. It may access QuickBooks Online accounting data only after an authorized user grants permission through Intuit OAuth.
Data accessed
The tool may read company, customer, vendor, account, transaction, invoice, bill, payment, report, and related bookkeeping data needed to generate accounting summaries, quality-control checks, and workflow recommendations.
Use of data
Data is used only to provide internal bookkeeping analysis, reporting, reconciliation assistance, and operational automation for authorized businesses. Data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
Storage
OAuth tokens and configuration secrets are stored securely on controlled company systems with restricted file permissions. Reports or exports may be stored locally for auditability and bookkeeping continuity.
Sharing
Data is not shared with third parties except service providers necessary to operate the private automation environment or where required by law.
Disconnect
Users may revoke access at any time through Intuit account app settings or by following the instructions on the Disconnect page.
